The aim of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate the current business financing options, to describe the theory, to show the practical processing of financial analysis for the selected company and to propose measures that should ensure the prosperity of the company in coming years. The work is divided in two parts. The first, theoretical part, defines the basic terminology by describing corporate financing instruments and comparing different funding types. The second part focuses on brief characteristics of the enterprise itself and performs financial analysis of the company, pointing out the currently selected financial analysis methods. The conclusion evaluates the financial health of the company and predicts developments, including the proposal of possible measures to undertake.
Financing of small and medium-sized enterprises

The goal of the diploma thesis "Financing of small and medium-sized enterprises" is to systematically analyze and review the financing options for SMEs in the Czech Republic. In the introductory part there is a definition of small and medium enterprises with its social contribution and meaning, I describe the needs and potential barriers for further development. The thesis proceeds with specification of various financial resources, there are mentioned own, external and alternative financial resources as well as trade finance possibilities. The last chapter of the theoretical part focuses on the support devoted to SME. In the practical part there is a business and financial analysis of the selected company on the market with artificial sweeteners.
Analysis of the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovations in the years 2007 - 2013 under the Development program of mini breweries in Czech Republic

The aim of the study is to determine whether the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation take place in the years 2007 - 2013 in the Czech Republic with the exception of Prague and has a positive impact on the increasing number of mini breweries in the Czech Republic. Analysis the Development programe which subsidy in technology help to incease the competitivenes of Small and Medium Enterprises, showing its progress and possible advantages or disadvantages. Using the questionnaire is then examines the suitability of the program in mini breweries. The testing of hypotheses, namely that the Development program has a positive impact on the expansion of mini breweries, can be universally confirm. This work also shows that more mini breweries using this program to start its work but that probably does not diminish the purpose of the program.
Support options of SMEs in the form of subsidy titles

This bachelor thesis is focused on the possibilities of support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the form of subsidies from European funds. In the theoretical part characterizes the principle of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial activity. Furthermore, the evolution and funding opportunities for entrepreneurial activities of SMEs in the Czech Republic are defined. The practical part is focused on analyzing the individual steps towards the creation of a specific project of the chosen company Resort Sv. Frantisek in order to obtain a subsidy from the Rural Development Programme 2014_2020. The conclusion evaluates the benefits of the project in the case that the applicant receives the subsidy and it also contains a recommendation for other entrepreneurs who would also like to fund their business projects partially by grants.

The theme of my thesis is Business small company. Small companies are together with medium companies very important part of national economy and this thesis is focused on specifics of these companies. The aim of my thesis Business small company is a characteristic of a company selling bicycles and proposal of recommendation for the selected company on the basis of elaborated analysis. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part of my thesis is theoretic and this part is focused to the general description of business, undertaking and businessman especially in terms of small company. After that there are explain marketing in small companies especially marketing mix. In the end of this part of my thesis is characteristic of chosen analysis for second part of my thesis. The first part is all based on literary and internet resources. The second part of thesis is formed by own work aiming to find appropriate recommendations for better position of chosen company on market with bicycles. These recommendations are for better position on market with bicycles are developed on the basis of chosen analysis. First, there is an analysis of external environment which connects to analysis of internal environment of the company and summary SWOT analysis. The resulting proposals for the company stemming from all the evidence obtained from first and second part of the thesis. These proposals should help the company to better position on the market with bicycles and to better competitiveness.
Introduction of IFRS for SMEs and its possible adoption in EU

The bachelor thesis deals with a recently published set of accounting rules intended for small and medium-sized entities, called IFRS for SMEs. This accounting framework created by IASB is aspiring to be general used document ensuring worldwide comparability of financial statements on the field of small and medium-sized entities. Thus, the main objective of this thesis is to describe its current position in the world and to summarize the pros and cons arguments which prevent or encourage next expansion. The thesis tries to analyze this fact in detail in connection of European Commission view.
Role of ICT in Sustainable Development

This thesis is focused on issues of Green ICT and application of its principles in small and medium enterprises in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to realize and evaluate a survey of the Green ICT implementation into management of small and medium enterprises in the Czech Republic. In order to achieve this goal it is necessary to define survey goals, create a questionnaire, choose respondents and ask them to complete it. Based on respondents answers it is necessary to evaluate the survey, make conclusions and meet the goals of the survey. The contribution of this thesis is the comprehensive presentation of Green ICT issues and mainly the survey realization and results evaluation. The conclusions arising from this survey provide insight into small and medium enterprises Green ICT issues. The conclusions summarize the current situation in the Green ICT implementation and characterize benefits which are considered to be important in small and medium enterprises in the Czech Republic, barriers which obstruct the implementation, and also factors which support the Green ICT introduction in enterprises. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the sustainable development, Green ICT and shows relationships between ICT and sustainable development. In this part, there is also described an importance of Green ICT implementation into small and medium enterprises. The practical part is focused on the survey realization and evaluation. Firstly, the reasons leading to the realization of the survey are given, followed by the survey presentation, its goals formulation, survey questionnaire characterisation, detailed research questions definition and questionnaire description. The respondents answers are analysed, research questions are answered and then the conclusions are formulated.
Clusters, Potential and Czech Reality

The aim of the thesis is to describe clusters on the theoretical level and to map their situation on the practical level in the Czech Republic. The economic impact of clusters in the Moravian-Silesian region will be analyzed by the time-comparison method. The practical part charts the grant schemes of the Operational Programme Industry and Enterprise and Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation.
